Crackin' Kiwi Rub

A distinctive blend of smoked paprika, horopito and mustard. Use this on absolutely everything. The Crackin' Kiwi rub was originally designed for pulled pork but was found to be equally fantastic on just about everything we tried it on! Think: chicken, fish, venison, beef, lamb, and vegetables. It can even be used as a dip by mixing with sour cream or as a popcorn topping - the possibilities are endless!
