Refund policy

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives safe and sound. If this doesn't happen, please do get in touch as soon as possible and we can help right away.In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, we will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable time-frame. Please contact hello@thevillagegift.co.nz within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.

If something seems amiss or you are in any way unhappy, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to work together to find a solution. If this is the case, please get in touch via email - hello@thevillagegift.co.nz

If you change your mind, we are unable to provide a refund. 

If you make a mistake with your order you may be able to correct any mistakes made by emailing us prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order.
