Originally a market stall in Central Otago, Dave’s food company came to life during covid to help struggling small- batch producers with their newfound lack of sales outlets. They now produce their own high-quality goods, proudly bringing unique flavour and broadening artisan platter options for Kiwis who love to entertain at home.
