What is your shipping policy?

We offer $5 delivery within the Wanaka area (including Albert Town, Luggate, Hawea) - please allow up to 2 business days for this however if you require an urgent delivery or on a specified day please get in touch through our contact form and we will always do our best to make it happen!

NZ Nationwide

Monday-Friday tracked shipping nationwide will be charged at the following rates:

South Island: $15 per order - please allow 3 full working days

North Island: $20 per order - please allow 3-4 full working days

Rural Addresses: $22 per order - please allow 4 full working days.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this stage.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If possible please leave a detailed description of delivery instructions to enable us to leave gift boxes in a suitable sheltered place away from rain/direct sun.

WORKPLACE DELIVERY

We recommend considering sending the gift box to the recipient’s place of work. First and foremost that’s where they are likely to be Monday to Friday. But also they get a nice surprise during their work day and can show off to all their colleagues!


Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds will not be provided if you enter an address incorrectly.

Can I collect my order?

The Village Gift is an online store only so all gifts are delivered directly to either you or your lucky recipient. Sit back and relax, we'll do the running around for you.

What is your returns policy?

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives safe and sound. If this doesn't happen, please do get in touch as soon as possible and we can help right away.In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, we will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable time-frame. Please contact hello@thevillagegift.co.nz within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.

If something seems amiss or you are in any way unhappy, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to work together to find a solution. If this is the case, please get in touch via email - hello@thevillagegift.co.nz

If you change your mind, we are unable to provide a refund. 

If you make a mistake with your order you may be able to correct any mistakes made by emailing us prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order. .
